教授 張文彥 博士

環境學院院長

張文彥獲得機械工程學士學位，在台灣國立中央大學地球物理研究所獲得碩士和博士學位。從2012年至今，張教授在職於國立東華大學環境學院。他也是花蓮國立東華大學台灣東部地震研究中心（E-TEC）的主任。該中心於2013年9月開幕，强調政府努力加強防災和抗災能力。該中心可以深入地收集實時數據並加強監督該地區的地震活動機制。我們旨在為地震前兆研究提供一個集成平台，並為台灣東部地震預防提供預警。這也是地震研究中心的理想位置因為台灣花東縱谷地區經常發生地震。E-TEC在2018年花蓮地震事件中扮演了個重要角色，支持政府，並與德國GFZ合作負責維護立霧溪陣列。我們打算整合跨學科的觀察和增廣數據量及量值，讓研究人員可以預測台灣下一次大地震的位置和時日。
