Dr. Chia-Ling Shen
I have worked for many years in non-profit organizations, focusing on issues related to community and rural development, environment, and agriculture. In July 2021, I obtained my Ph.D., with a dissertation titled "Changes and Governance of Farmland Landscapes in the Lanyang Plain: A Social-Ecological System Resilience Analysis." Using a social-ecological system analysis framework and social network analysis, my research explored governance issues in specific rural environments. In recent years, I have focused on research and action related to renewable energy governance, committed to analyzing renewable energy policies, multi-stakeholder collaboration and governance, and the integration of rural areas with renewable energy development.
